Our mission is simple: to grow the assets under management of our clients. We do this by leveraging deep allocator relationships which have been developed over 20 years in the industry, and by our comprehensive understanding of the Australian investment landscape. 

Pearl Capital Partners is founded by Lee Chanique. With over 18 years of experience in finance and funds management, Lee has carved a niche for himself in the industry, successfully spearheading numerous capital acquisition endeavors. He has worked with both established and emerging fund managers throughout Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and North America.

He has worked with L1 Capital, where he was instrumental in growing the firm's Long Short Fund from $67m to a soft close at $800m. He also handled successful capital raisings into companies such as Marsico Capital, RWC Partners, Jamieson Coote Bonds, L1 UK Property Fund and WCM Investment Management.

Lee holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments. He has also achieved certification as an engineer from both Cisco and Microsoft. Beyond his professional pursuits, Lee has a passion for martial arts and currently holds a blue belt in Brazilian Ju jitsu.
